Silent Auction Final Collection Night
| MSW Needs Your Help! Our silent auction is our major fundraiser for the year. Its success depends on members like you and me contributing goods, food, gift cards, and other items. Tonight is our final collection day. We will be collecting items in the band’s locker room. We also ask that you please bring 1 dozen cookies to the concert to share with our audience. Download the Auction Info Sheet (fill out all three lines) Download the Auction Bid Sheet (fill out Donated by, Item Description, and Value ONLY) Download the Donor Thank You Letter Download the Script for Seeking Business Donations Here’s how you can contribute to our fundraising efforts:Consider asking your favorite restaurant, brewery, salon, spa, or other business if they would be interested in making a gift card donation (we can’t accept booze for donations since the auction’s held at Edina High School).Give away time at your cabin or vacation home as an auction item.Ask your crafty friends to contribute their products to the auction or donate your own creations. Make a purchase and donate it to the auction. Volunteer to help with auction prep! |
