June 5 details reminder
Dear MSW,
Regarding weather for tonight, it looks like it will be windy, so I encourage you to bring clothespins, plexiglass, or whatever you prefer to keep your music in place. Also, there is a slight chance of scattered thunderstorms, but nothing widespread or long lasting. If Centennial Lakes cancels, I will send an email. I THINK THIS IS VERY UNLIKELY. Right now, it looks like we will have a beautiful evening!
If you are playing June 26 and have not already filled out THIS SURVEY form, regarding an alternative rehearsal date, please do so ASAP.
Here are the details regarding the concert.
Wednesday, June 5, 7:00 PM at the
Maetzold Amphitheater, Centennial Lakes Park, Edina map
Dress is black MSW t-shirt or plain black t-shirt and black pants/skirt. Hats are allowed to shade the sun.
Bring your own music stand and clothespins/plexiglass

- 4:30 load truck at Edina High School- Kristen C, Jennifer A, Erick, Jim S, Eric D, John R
- 5:30 set up chairs and unload percussion at Centennial Lakes My best guess at our set up is attached. Jodi M, Lucy P, Ethan B, Matthew M, Chris G, Jan G
- 6:00 rehearse
- 7:00 concert
- 8:00 concert ends, load truck- EVERYONE
- 8:45-9:00ish unload truck at Edina High School- Corinne, Joanne, Chris W, Chris G, Alli, Jeff C, Kelly
