| MSW needs your help. Our silent auction is our major fundraiser for the year. Its success depends on members like you and me contributing goods, food, gift cards, and other items. Here are the dates you need to know to help make our fundraiser profitable this year: 11/30: First Collection Day (before rehearsal) 12/7: Last Collection Day (before rehearsal) 12/11: Holiday Concert & Silent Auction While we won’t be collecting donations for a few weeks, it is time to start thinking about how you can contribute to our fundraising efforts: Consider asking your favorite restaurant, brewery, salon, spa, or other business if they would be interested in making a gift card donation (we can’t accept booze for donations since the auction’s held at Edina High School). Give away time at your cabin or vacation home as an auction item. Ask your crafty friends to contribute their products to the auction or donate your own creations. Make a purchase and donate it to the auction. Volunteer to help with auction prep! |
